The Vegas Event Every Travel Healthcare Professional Is Talking About

Las Vegas lit up with energy this September as more than 750+ healthcare professionals gathered at TravCon 2025, one of the largest conference in the nation dedicated to travel nurses and allied health travelers. Hosted at the Paris Hotel in September, the event brought together nurses, therapists, and healthcare staffing leaders for four days of learning, networking, and celebration unlike any other in the industry.

TravCon isn’t your standard corporate healthcare meeting, it’s part education, part community, and part celebration of the travel healthcare lifestyle. With over 80 exhibitors and sponsors, from top staffing agencies like Aya Healthcare, TNAA/TotalMed, Curavetti and AMN to travel service providers like Nurse.org, Travel Tax, Travel Nurse 101, and Choice Hotels, the conference offers a vibrant expo floor filled with opportunities to connect.

The atmosphere feels more like a reunion than a trade show. Attendees often compare it to a family gathering for healthcare professionals , a place to reunite with friends made on assignments across the country while gaining new knowledge and skills through continuing education sessions.

But honestly? The people made it unforgettable. Meeting like-minded travel nurses, hugging it out, trauma bonding (in the best way 😂), and feeling safe, seen, and supported.

If you’ve never been … GO.! Whether you’re solo or bringing your nurse besties, TravCon is a total soul reset and a reminder of why we do what we do. You’ll leave with new friends, new knowledge, and memories that last way longer than your Vegas hangover. -Nico P. IG@nurse.nico
